SIM Card must suit 4G LTE Cat M1 Network.
Red LED blinks fast, it try to connect 4G LTE Cat M1 network. Red LED blinks slowly, it is connected the network.
Blue LED blinks fast, it is searching Satellite signals. Blue LED blinks slowly, it is positioned by Gps.
